The previous owner had fitted these Falken ZIEX ZE914 above that I can only describe as being the worst tyres I have ever known

Temporarily I have fitted the 17" Continentals from my Vitara S until the 16" alloys return from the powder coaters and some Yokohama Geolandars are fitted...

Thanks Karl, I gave up the Continental in the first year of owning the car, and switched to the Michelin CrossClimat, now I'm using the second set of tires. I drove the first one for 40k miles.

The Continentals are terrible also but the Falkens were even worse
If you get to try 16" wheels with 215/60R16 on your S-Cross (SX4 or Fiat Sedici fit) it really does improve the car and gives a better choice of tyres

Thank you, but R17 suits me, we travel a lot and therefore I need a stable car, on R16 the car is good in winter, in summer it is very roll.

No, I did not risk it, there was too much water and there was a strong current.

I have seen cars swept away, years ago it was a gravel base but since it has been concreted it is very slippy

How come you were in that area?
