Hi everyone

I bought my Vitara S new 3 years ago. I don't think this forum existed then but I was pleased to find it recently.

I had the body and glass coated when it it was new, and here's a photo taken at the time. It's not quite so smart now!

Thanks Karl, obviously I wasn't looking hard enough 3 years ago!

This is my third Suzuki, I had an old style Vitara and an SJ410 (fabulous off roader).

I started off with a SJ410 30+ years ago with every Vitara and Grand Vitara inbetween but 3 years ago my fiance got me this....

Suzuki have come a long way since the SJ410 lol!

Sadly no. I bought it 20 years ago to take my teenage kids offroading at a local club but they weren't that interested so I sold it a few years later.

Very nice.

The S is my favourite model, I love the seats with the red stitching and the red trims around the cabin. Makes my SZ5 look sombre and dare I say it a bit boring Smile

I wasn't initially overly keen on the red bits when I bought my S, it reminded me of MG metros and maestros but I've grown to like it.
I fitted some piano black vent rings to a customers S and wasn't keen on the result.

I went from a SZ5 AllGrip Vitara to my S and likewise wasn't sure about the red so I purchased SZ5 carbon silver dash trim and Silver vent rings that I still have new in the packaging after getting to like the red trim

I am still torn between the S and SZ5 spec.........I have the SZ5 S-Cross and some days I really like the classy white stitching on full leather (and the sunroof) and other days I get in the S and think the red stitching/trim and the 1.4 boosterjet is the best confused

The fella that does the PDI's at our place gave me a set of silver vent rings as I wasn't sure about the red ones, I've never fitted them either!!

That's weird, it comes up as Wolverhampton confused

The forum host add an IP location if no location is added to a profile

Charlie Clarks were as useless at sales/servicing and parts

I think the IP address is telling you where my ISP is located.
