just found a Russian accessory brochure,which shows they get way more than we do for skid guards and even a bonnet guard along with other things,sorry i don,t speak or read russian well i believe it,s russian..accessory brochure

Of all the mods/accessories... I'm most surprised by the moulded plastic arch liners... This should be standard instead of this horrible fuzzy material.

i noticed that when i removed mine to do rust proofing,they are horrible what they were thinking at the time is above and beyond me Exclamation

Weight saving/costs and production time saving costs, beyond me also especially when the UK is one of the worst countries for salting the roads in winter creating corrosion.

I tried to buy the arch liners back in 2015 via a Lada parts dealer on eBay, the liners were sensible money but the shipping costs made it uneconomical

The liners, moulded mud flaps and skid plates were all manufactured in Russia but Suzuki GB/Europe did not recognise any of the part numbers

problem we have is everything to do with cars has been governed by the EU then add our own health and safety/ministry for transport to it,it is a nightmare,which is why the car modifying scene has took a massive drop in revenue over the last few years because everything you fit to a car now,has to have an EU certification stamp otherwise it,s classed as,for off road use only..
