Hi all,
I've had my Vitara SZ5 for a few days now, I find myself wanting to rest my arm, but sadly the SZ5 didn't come with an armrest.
Can anybody recommend a decent, not too expensive easy to install armrest?

Thanks
Rob

The only one worth having is the option armrest from the suzuki accessories. It’s the same as the Scross, so if you can find one on eBay for example you may get a deal. But be warmed, you do need a different surport bracket to fit which is supplied in the kit when bought new.

I bought an Armster 2 firstly when I first had my last Vitara SZT. I didnt like it! Bought the OEM one and it was great I have fitted the same again in my Vitara S. I still have the Armster 2, if anyone wants it can have it for the postage costs!

I fitted the official Suzuki armrest. Took about half an hour or so. I find I use it much more than I thought I would. Plus there is storage area for your Sat Nav.

How much is have guys been paying for the official armrest, the costs I've seen are £200, that seems a bit expensive to me.

My old man tells me, do it properly and do it once. Wise words

Must be some armrest for £192.
I feel like £80 is a sensible price for it, but if £192 is what Suzuki charge then I suppose £192 is what I'll have to pay.

Ps. Thanks for the advice on the armster, this means of I do get one it's going to have to be the official.

I have the Armster 2 and I love it. Perfect for storage and alignment for a comfortable arm rest. Simple to mount but I would advise drilling new fixing holes slightly offset away from the handbrake. Reaching over the Armster to operate the handbrake is the only negative.
