Welcome to the forum!!
Wow that is some hard core stuff you are looking for?
Snorkel wise there is one available for the new Vitara but not the S-cross, being based on the S-cross the Vitara one may be adaptable to fit?

http://vivavitara.forumotion.co.uk/t249-2015-vitara-snorkel?highlight=snorkel

Winch mounts are not available for either s-cross or Vitara but that is not saying you cannot have a bespoke one made, take a look at the TBR 4x4 website and their Dacia Duster video that has a winch mount using the tow eyes

https://youtu.be/IFm1Vwl1r4Q

Seat covers the only option with side airbag compatibility is the Town and Country range

http://www.townandcountrycovers.com/coverfinder

Headlight guards try EGR automotive, they make a bonnet guard and door visors for the S-cross so may make headlight guards
Just found Suzuki Australia sell them part# 990AA-00123-001

Search the forum for S-cross Ranger, these are modified by Suzuki Germany dealers and have skid plates front and rear, steel wheels with mud and snow tyres, suspension lift plus interior load guards and protective flooring and rubber mats etc

http://vivavitara.forumotion.co.uk/t58-suzuki-s-cross-ranger-diana?highlight=ranger

Tyre wise the most aggressive yet still giving good road manners is the Yokohama Geolandar AT-S, just fitted a set to an earlier SX4 and it has transformed the car off road

Hi Karl,
Thanks for the welcome, our paths have crossed back down through Suzuki history, Black GV SWB if memory serves me right?

Yes I am looking for some harder gear but I think my car will have the wow factor when completed, and it will be used etc I was out today on a few lanes and was wondering where to post them?

Yes love the Vitara snorkel but its on the wrong side I'm afraid, but I am thinking of modifying from another vehicle, but its not my highest priority.

The seat covers don't come for the 2013 on - S-Cross, but I was talking to Supertrim in Australia, but their communication was poor and obviously didn't want my money, cracking tailor made covers though,
Protectors, yes I have the part number but don't know anyone that will purchase and ship to me in the UK, Suzuki GB say its a bad number/non-UK item so WONT help.

Tyres for me are going to be the Toyos, I just like the look compared to the Yoko's

Great looking motor. Just so you're aware, there is a recall on the seat back covers for S-Cross at the moment. If you haven't already, call your dealer and have them check The SZ5 covers are worth about £500 so worth sorting.

Yes that's right on the black 3 door GV, i had a 2001 and a facelift 2004...

Off Road Items Img_1010

Did you have a GV too?

It is great to see an S-Cross being modified and used, please post some pictures of your laning in the Drive Reports and pictures and a full spec of modifications in the S-Cross section thumbl

How do you find it off road, is the front approach angle improved much with the lift springs?

This SGS 4x4 S-Cross is part why i found interest in the S-Cross and Vitara AllGrip ...

Off Road Items S-cros10

It seems most the German modified S-Cross are running Cooper ST II in 16", i have never used the Toyo's you mention but they look a decent tyre

Have you seen the Qpax light bars for the S-Cross?

http://vivavitara.forumotion.co.uk/t79-qpax-sweden-light-bars

They are on the expensive side but i have sourced the parts to make a similar setup for my Vitara at around £65....

I seem to recall we have an Australian member on the forum not sure if they can help with sourcing the light guards, another avenue is to try ebay seller Wolftan-fhn he usually has a good supply of EGR parts...

This is another Australian Ebayer that may be able to help?

I saw some at a dealers this week where the stitching was too strong for the airbags, is that true Gar?

I could do with that stitching on my trouser buttons!

Apperently so, Karl. It's nice to know that your car is made too well rather than the opposite.

Nice looking GV's, were you on the Grand Vitara info forum?

One last thought for your S-Cross light guards is Mike at Roadbull, he is good friends with the EGR people, mention Karl and the Suzuki forums, after that I can't think of anything else other than a fortnight in Australia sunny

I had a good look at the front end as to where to start tackling a bespoke winch mount and all looks good, so work in progress till I have some time off to make patterns and trial some thin metal templates, Very Happy

Look forward to seeing this, I think I have somewhere the instructions for the TBR skidplate/winchmount I had on the first GV1600, it was mainly a skidplate that mounted on the main chassis points for strength with an extension plate under the radiator for the winch to mount to, this way it pulled further down the chasis rails rather than the front panel area

The way the winch mount was incorporated with the skid plate it actually lost  no more ground clearance than the skid plates we have fitted by Rival

Here is a rough side sketch of how it was on the Grand Vitara, obviously there were more fixing points than just the skid plate mounts but you get the idea...

And an SX4 with a similar setup....

Here is another idea for the Dacia Duster Winch mount.....

OK quick update,
Winch sorted, asking about a winch cradle and its size compared to the winch as Id like it in proportion, and hopefully on Saturday Ill be chatting to a welder fabricator to see if my plan to mount the receiver plate will work as its a bit tight but fingers crossed.
Cool
