can i use a tank of super unleaded in my boosterjet 1.4 s and would there be any benefit in running the car on it.

Yes you can,

And probably not.

Reasons being, the car is mapped to run on 95octaine. Some “Supers” will have cleaning additives in them which could benefit you, but nothing i doubt you’d notice.

my 1600 is like a different animal on full fat shell v power. not faster but much smoother uptake and less pedal pressing to get to standard road speed.

I trialled the expensive stuff on my Swift Sport, monitored the fuel consumption over a few tanks (brimming the tank every time). I use the Simlpy Auto app. I found no difference in MPG and to be honest no noticeable difference in performance.
As Gar says the engine is set up for a specific fuel.
